Exchanges and Returns:

In the event you are not thrilled with your Rox purchase or gift, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.  All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Exchanges exclude the original shipping charges which will not be refunded and return shipping costs are your responsibility.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.  Please do not send your item(s) back without first contacting ROX via email at .

How do I take care of my product?

Please be gentle with your acrylic and lacquer products. For lacquer products, use a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface with plain water. For minor scratches, use a liquid or paste lacquer polish. For acrylic products, use a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface with an ammonia free acrylic cleaner. Do not use any other liquids or chemicals. NEVER use abrasive cleaners, household cleaners, window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths or strong solvents such as alcohol or acetone.

Why do the items I received look different from what I saw on the website?

Each Rox by CJ Designs product is unique. No two items are exactly the same. This is due to the one of a kind adornments/stones; the designs of the lacquer pieces, and the custom design of the acrylic. Other factors that influence how a product appears on a website range from the type of lighting in which the product was photographed to the characteristics of the site viewer’s computer monitor. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If an item is in stock, orders in most cases ship within 3 business days of being placed, and are delivered 4 to 5 business days to addresses within the continental US. What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you believe you were shipped the wrong item, please email us within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to correct the error.


If you receive an item and it is found to be damaged upon receipt, please contact ROX via email at with photos of the damaged item and packaging. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
